Concrete polishing technology is identical as it is for polishing natural stones flooring- gradually decreasing abrasion for diamond tools in order to achieve maximum smoothness and perfect leveling.
Concrete floor surfaces are the most common for industrial areas, workshops, warehouses and garages. Concrete grinding is done for surface leveling by removing any roughness. In most of the cases, the floors were not grinded when concrete was laid, which make the surface rough and not leveled.
Usually when grinding concrete procedure is on, there is a lot of dust, which we avoid by using professional vacuum aspirators. The grinding process removes material form the existing, already laid concrete floor and professional operation reduces flakes, respectively dust development.
We recommend after completion of required treatment, the flooring to be impregnated (Latin: impraegnatio - filling), which means treating with special solutions of different origin in order to make the surface waterproof and water-resistant. This strengthens the floor surface- a fine layer is formed avoiding penetration through it.
Serious and common problem are cracks and holes on concrete surface. The way to solve this problem is to fill the crack with special mixture. After its hardening, the filled area have to be grinded. We have wide and diverse range of colors, allowing us to offer to our customers interesting art design solutions.
