Diamond grinding on concrete may be required to smooth out irregularities in poorly laid new concrete; remove existing coatings such as paint, epoxy, glue, curing agents or to glaze bust power floated concrete. Once completed you will be left with a flat, smooth concrete floor ready to receive a new finish. If this is all you require at this point we would leave the site.

Why stop at grinding your concrete. Once it is flat it can be polished by using progressively smaller grit diamonds to produce a floor that not only shines but is extremely hard and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Once polished this concrete floor will not require any further treatment and will last the duration of the building, so long term polishing is a very cost effective and attractive solution for a floor finish.

Polished concrete is a very hard and durable surface suitable for any interior application from a domestic kitchen with light foot traffic through to a warehouse with heavy machinery traffic.

Exterior areas can be ground to match interiors but not polished to a shine this is to increase traction when wet. Bush hammered finishes are also available for exterior areas creating a rougher surface for additional traction.

The long life span of polished concrete creates a significant environmental benefit as no man made epoxy coatings, paint, carpet, vinyl etc. will be needed or have to be disposed of for the life time of the building. This is a life time solution.

We have various diamond grinding machines from 100mm to 650mm wide all with vacuum attachments to tackle any sized job – dust free.
