Diamond cutting disc's matrix usually be 65Mn.
The segment is shaped at high-pressed and sintered,which is the Combination of diamond with Copper, iron, nickel, cobalt, tungsten-based and aluminum powder.
Diamond basic dimension is Φ 115  x  7  x  22.23
Also,diameter can be 105mm,115mm,125mm,150mm,180mm,200mm,230mm,250mm,300mm,350mm,400mm.
segment height can be 5mm,7mm,8mm,10mm.
Inner hole can be 16mm,20mm,22mm,23mm,25.4mm,50mm.

Diamond cutting disc can be classified by appearance:Dry disc,wet disc,turbo disc and strengthen turbo disc.
Dry disc will not need water when cutting,but wet disc need to add water cooling.
Turbo disc improve the cutting speed and service life.either water or not when cutting.Strenghten turbo disc prevents matrix melt because of high temperature.

Diamond cutting disc can also be classified by the segment's manufacturing process:sintered disc and welding disc.
Sintered disc divided into cold and hot press disc.Cold press disc shaped directly sintered after clod press. Hot press disc pressed in the process of heating,the combination degree of segment and matrix
is higher than cold.High frequent welding disc works under high temperture.Laser welding disc use laser beam to combine the segment and matrix,has the highest safety.
