    Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (January 19 - 22) 2012

    All Rodeo Events will take place on the grounds of

    Event Vendor Co-Sponsor Nevada Concrete Services

    Thursday 1/19/12 10:00am to 6:00pm Move-in and set up Event support Vendors on site Manufacturing partners due for move in, site review and pad assignment Judging panel meeting/dinner 7:00pm



    Friday 1/20/12 7:00am Participants arrival Event support Vendors on site Manufacturing partners in place, at first Class pad assignment




    7:15am Registrant check in and breakfast Food service begins at 7:30am Coffee and beverages available through out day




    8:00am Event Welcome – CPM, ASI, and Judges introduced Open for Attendee registration




    8:30am First Class Prep and Start: Electric Mid-size 27” (and smaller)
    • Manufacturers set up in assigned bay for first evaluation tasks
    • All judges in place with assigned mfg
    • AV team in place and set




    First Class Starts


    11:30am First Class Completed (Bonus Round 1 Hr starts) All Midsize out of Bay except those wanting to participate in Bonus round timed-belt removal exercise (judge must be made aware and on hand for that event) Extra points awarded for belt change completion in allotted hour Product Spotlight demo set up




    12:00pm Lunch Break Product Spotlight demo starts




    12:30pm First Class Bonus Round completed All Midsize grinders out of Bay Judges turn in score cards




    1:00pm Second Class Set Up: 32” (and up) Electric
    • Manufacturers set up in assigned bay for first evaluation tasks




    1:30pm Second Class Exercises under way
    • All judges in place with assigned mfg
    • AV team in place and set




    4:30pm Second Class Exercises Completed (Bonus round 1 Hr starts) All 30s out of Bay (those participants for Bonus round timed-belt removal exercise will be able to do so Sunday (judge must be made aware and on hand for that event) Extra points awarded for belt change completion in allotted hour




    5:30pm Second Class Bonus Round completed - Day End All Large grinders out of Bay Judges turn in score cards All attendees and manufacturers must be off grounds




    6:30pm Judges dinner Day’s Class Winners determined All attendees and manufacturers must be off grounds



    Saturday 1/21/12 7:00am Participants arrival Event support Vendors on site Manufacturing partners in place, at first heat pad assignment




    7:15am Registrant check in and breakfast Food service begins at 7:30am Coffee and beverages available through out day lunch served at 1:00pm




    7:30am Event Welcome – CPM, ASI, and Judges introduced Open for Attendee registration Third Class exercises set




    8:00am Third Class Prep and Start: Propane (open)
    • Manufacturers set up in assigned bay for first evaluation tasks
    • All judges in place with assigned mfg
    • AV team in place and set
    Class starts




    11:00am Propane Class Completed (Bonus Round 1 Hr starts) All Grinders out of Bay Product Spotlight demo set up AmeriPolish Product demo set up for indoor presentation




    11:15am Lunch Break




    11:30pm Ameripolish Demo Starts In door class room demo begun




    12:00pm Propane Bonus Round completed - Day End All Large grinders out of Bay Judges turn in score cards




    12:30pm Edger Class Set Up:
    • Manufacturers set up in assigned bay for first evaluation tasks




    1:00pm Ameripolish Demo Completed
    Visit outdoor slab




    1:00pm MMA Class Exercises under way
    • All judges in place with assigned mfg
    • AV team in place and set




    2:00pm MMA Class Completed
    All grinders out of Bay
    Judges turn in score cards
    Edger Class set up




    2:30pm Edger Class Exercises under way
    • All judges in place with assigned mfg
    • AV team in place and set




    3:30pm Edger Class Completed
    All grinders out of Bay
    Judges turn in score cards




    4:00pm Attendee Hands-On judges selected
    • All Manufacturers set up in assigned bay for first time user evaluation tasks
    • AV team in place and set




    4:15pm First Time user Exercises under way




    5:30pm First Time user Exercises completed Day End
    All point sheets completed by users and handed in to judges
    Manufacturers can move equipment off grounds




    6:30pm Judges dinner Day’s Class winners determined




    7:30pm All attendees and manufacturers must be off grounds

    11:30pm Vacuum Class Completed
    All grinders out of Bay
    Judges turn in score cards




    12:00pm Lunch Break




    1:00pm Best of Class and Show Awards Winners announced, Certificates awarded




    2:30pm Move Out begins




    5:30pm Day ends
    Attendees clear grounds
    Manufacturers clear grounds by 8:00pm
