    Concrete Staining
Concrete chemical staining produces a rich but mottled color change to each concrete surface. Concrete chemical stains penetrate the surface, forever changing the color of the concrete. Therefore, when done right concrete chemical staining should never chip, fade, or peel. When applied to concrete, stains give the apperance of glazed stone or in some cases marble.

    Concrete Overlays (Remodels)
Concrete overlays (resurfacing) are reserved for concrete floors where carpet, tile, linoleum have been removed or where removal of mastic's and glues may not be economically feasible. Old dark concrete can make staining unpredictable, undesirable, and often incompatible. The process of an overlay Involves cleaning the slab to be resurfaced as good as possible. Even though you are overlaying the surface must be Cleaned just as good to ensure the cohesion between your floor and the overlay (learned that one the hard way). Once overlayed the floor can be Stained, Scored, and Sealed. Because of the porosity of the overlay material we only use a High grade polyurethane seal on all overlays (learned that one the hard way). The entire process usually takes between 5-7 days and depending on square footage and exact design specifics cost between $4.00-$6.00.
